ABOUT ME:
    I am a Chinese lawyer of Hebei Jiren Law Firm in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China.
    My name is Yin zongkai.I was born  in 1960. I graduated from Hebei Complex University Law Department.
    I passed the China national lawyer qualification test in 1988 and won the first place in Hebei Province testing area. I also passed the China national enterprise adviser qualification test in 1999.

    I have been a lawyer for about Ten  years. Since I work as a lawyer , I always do my best for my clients and always got good results for them.

    I have been a legal adviser for Companies  include Sino-foreign joint venture enterprises, I have participated in many negotiations for signing foreign- related contracts on behalf of clients. I have participated in many litigation, with both the first trial and the second trial cases, about economical contract law, civil law, intellectual property right law, etc..I have participated in litigation and arbitration about foreign-related disputes.
